Diana Holding has entered the B2C (business-to-consumer) distribution through the opening of several flagship stores, to promote its high-end products.

In order to get closer to its consumers and to answer their needs, the Group set up two kinds of stores, each with its own identity:

  • The Premium Boutique, where consumers are accompanied step by step, notably through attentive service and professional advice.
  • The Access store, where the emphasis is on customer proximity, offering products at best market price.
