Wines and Spirits

A passion deeply rooted in the Moroccan wine tradition

Wine growing is a historical know-how of the Group. By combining the experience of its oenologists and the quality of its lands, Diana Holding has become the national market leader.

With its five wine estates deployed over more than 3300 hectares in addition to its supply contracts, the Group ensures most of the Moroccan wine production.

With its leading position in the Moroccan wine industry, the Group obtained the country’s first “Appellation d’Origine Controlee”, the AOC Côteaux de l’Atlas, in 1998, followed by the first appellation “Château” in 2005. Spread over the most prestigious terroirs throughout Morocco, our grape varieties are also classified by the AOG (Appellation d’Origine Garantie), such as AOG Guerrouane and Beni M’Tir.

Driven by the desire to restore the prestige of Moroccan wines, the founder Brahim Zniber worked to transform an industry that was characterized by bulk production to a bottled production. This major transformation has largely contributed to boost the brand image of Moroccan viticulture on the international scene. The introduction of noble grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah or Chardonnay for several decades now, demonstrates our desire to offer our customers qualitative and authentic products.

The Group is equipped with a state of the art infrastructure and owns its bottling lines. This equipment allows us to monitor the entire wine-making process and contributes to elaborate and produce an average of 45 million bottles per year. The leading position of Roslane Wine & Spirit acts as a driving motivation to further pursue innovation, while maintaining high standards of quality. In their diversity, the Group’s cellars highlight a passion deeply rooted in a Moroccan wine tradition.

An integrated industry

As part of its ongoing efforts to optimize its operations, the Group also has its own subsidiary, Ebertec, which has been responsible for marketing and distributing its brands since 2001.

This subsidiary strengthens the Group’s national presence through the import and distribution of wines and spirits from international partners such as Bacardi, Laurent Perrier, Brown Forman and William Grants, as well as wines from France, Chile, Italy, Australia and Spain. An average of 200 references are commercialized, with access to more than 1600 points of sale through Ebertec’s extensive distribution network.

More than a logistician, Ebertec is also a brand builder. Thanks to its expertise, Ebertec accompanies and advises its partners to best adapt their marketing and market penetration strategies to local specificities.

Château Roslane

In the heart of the Atlas hillsides, a unique savoir-faire is perpetuated by a group of dedicated men and women. All driven by the same desire to share and pass on its richness, they contribute to the making of one of the most unique and acclaimed wine in the region. Just a stone’s throw away from the imperial city of Meknes, “Château Roslane” enjoys this ideal location situated in the heart of the historical cradle of wine culture.

Its vineyard, bordered by olive trees, stretches over 40 hectares, the best parcels of which have been classified as “Premier Cru”. There, the most noble grape varieties take root in the heart of an exceptionally rich soil, conducted according to the best principles of sustainable viticulture,

The Château Roslane estate is also home to a boutique hotel, surrounded by lush gardens and lavender fields as far as the eye can see. Château Roslane Hotel & Spa, a member of Relais & Châteaux, is the only hotel in Morocco dedicated to the art of wine making and its art of living. It is a refined setting for tasting the best wines of the estate.

The Ryad des Vignes

Inaugurated in 2006 on the Ouled Thaleb wine estate, which has existed for almost a century, the Ryad des Vignes is a gourmet restaurant and a space for oenological discovery. Surrounded by grape plantations, palm trees and its organic permaculture garden, this establishment contributes to enhance the prestige of wine making and the land of its vineyard.
